CORTEC Manifold Valves are designed for high-pressure fluid control applications providing users with a space-saving and light-weight design, requiring up to 50% less space and up to 50% less weight when compared to traditional ANSI and API class valves. Additionally, these valves provide significant savings on maintenance costs. CORTEC Manifold Valves are designed to provide reliable long-term service life and are much easier to service in the field. Because of the unique bolted body and flanged end connections, valves are easily removed from the flowline with minimal line spread, simplifying field repairs and maintenance. Disassembly is accomplished without the need for any special tooling and replacement parts are also easily field installed. Valves are available in a size range of 1” thru 12” Nominal and up to API 15,000 psi working pressure and are bore sized to common piping schedules. All valves are normally supplied with buttweld end connections to maximize the space and weight savings. However, virtually any size and type of end connection is available. Buttweld, threaded union, hub and crossovers to both ANSI and API flanges are available. The fire-safe design of the CORTEC Manifold Valves provides a primary metal-to-metal seating at the valve bonnet and end connections. A secondary metal-to-metal seating occurs at the stem thrust bearing and seat carriers in the event that the resilient seals are destroyed by fire, enhancing field safety. Fire test to API 6FA and/or ISO 10497.  CORTEC Manifold Valves are a quarter turn design and can be supplied as either manual lever or actuated. Materials of construction include a range of carbon steel, alloy steel, stainless steel and corrosion resistant alloys to suit any desired service applications.
